Course Objective

Explanation of the sections of the Persons with Disabilities Law No. 10 of 2018 and its executive regulations that guarantee the provision of economic, social, cultural, sports and educational rights to provide equal opportunities for persons with disabilities and their integration with other citizens in accordance with the principles of equality and equal opportunities.

Learning Outcomes

PWDs will know their rights in education, health, workplace, and society. They will also know their political and cultural rights, and will be aware of their penalties.
