Eligibility Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Candidates may be required to undergo assessments and/or exams
• Successful completion of the Standardized English Proficiency Test (SEPT)
• Basic computer literacy
• Prior completion of the SEED and GROW programs is necessary to apply for STARS.
