GROW is an e-learning program designed for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) interested in enhancing their skills and talents to compete in the labor market.

The program aims to develop and deliver an online employability program to upskill and provide better employment opportunities and recruitment support for low-income persons with disabilities. Helm, with the support from Google.org, provides this program as a free scholarship for persons with disabilities who are eager to upskill and reach better employment opportunities and recruitment. The applicants will be evaluated on the quality of the application form, after having met the eligibility requirements.
